MILITARY INFORMATION: Section 9528 of the 2001 No Child Left Behind Law has a provision which makes available to military recruiters the names, addresses, and telephone listings of high school students. There is, however, also a provision that allows parents to "opt-out" and sign a waiver that no information is to be released to recruiters without prior written parental consent.
