Bethel Athletics Physicals will be Tuesday, July 14^th, 4:00pm at the High School.

Cost is $15. Checks need to be made out to Bethel Athletics & parent/guardian must sign physical form.

Athletes must wear masks to enter the building to see doctors.  

Parents will wait outside while athletes go in for physicals.

No drug testing on this date, ONLY physicals.  

All athletes must have a physical before you can practice.  

We will start the lines coming out of the North side of the building right by the media center entrance. If at all possible, just bring the athlete.
